Well after finding some missing teeth on my front spider gears I decided it would be best just to put a locker in it. After doing some internet research I decided on an Aussie locker. $260.00 to my front door in 3 days. Here are some pics of the fix.
2005 TJ - 4" Skyjacker Susp. lift, 1" Body lift, 33" Goodyear MTR's, Badlands custom front and rear bumpers.
Scratches just add character
96 XJ - Parts on order....6.5" Rusty's Long Arm, Dana 30 front, Ford 8.8 rear (sitting in garage waiting to build), Rusty's roll bar, Rusty's engine tranny skids, Super 88 kit.

Now time for the carrier... wasn't too bad getting out I used a tie-rod remover tool to beat on and it came out rather easy... about 5 min. unlike Kyle's...

I also numbered all the bolts to make sure they went back on the ring gear in the right place...

I was pressed for time when the locker came in and didn't get any pics when putting it back together. As of now it's all back together and it drives great on the road. I've played around a little at my dad's on a couple mounds of snow covered dirt. Seams to be working great, we'll see how it works when we go out again on the 21st of Feb!!!
